• You may cancel an order without charge before the store has started preparing your order.

• If you cancel the order after it becomes a started order, you will be charged the full price for the items, and if the order has been dispatched, you will be also charged for the delivery.

• For any order requested on a cash payment on delivery basis (COD), such order may not be cancelled after it becomes a started order and will be charged and delivered to you.

• Small Order Fee:

AED 3.00 charge applies if your basket total is below AED 20.00
