The safety and well-being of all those who use Elite WhereGO is a top priority for us and we want to tell you about the things we are doing to make your life easier and help keep our communities safe.

To inform our decisions, Elite WhereGO’s COVID-19 Response Team is closely monitoring the World Health Organisation (WHO), the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local health agencies for the latest developments. We’re also following the guidance of local government and public health officials in each of our markets.

Keeping clean

We are working around the clock to ensure that our captains keep their vehicles at the highest levels of cleanliness.  We’ve advised all captains to regularly use hand sanitizers, clean wipes and disinfectants between rides to make sure germs don’t spread. Elite WhereGO NOW teams are also working closely with our restaurant partners to ensure they are up to date with the latest health and safety regulations.

Minimizing contact

In order to protect you and our GOPreneur, we ask you to be mindful of your own personal hygiene and ensure you avoid physical contact with our captains.

Using the notes feature on our app to communicate specific requests to the captain is a great way to maintain social distance. Messages could be “please leave my order at the door” or “ring my doorbell and leave my order in the lobby.” 

Protecting the wider community

Elite WhereGO’s COVID-19 Response Team is in contact with public health authorities and local governments to offer transport and logistics assistance to support their response to the pandemic. 

Through working with local authorities, we may be forced to temporarily suspend the accounts of GOPreneur or customers that have contracted or been exposed to COVID-19.
